Ms. Boddie offers consultations with staff committees and union representatives on workplace harassment policies, including complaint handling and investigative procedures. She will develop and/or conduct policy implementation and staff education programs. Ms. Boddie has experience in investigating complaints and working with managment, unions and staff to resolve workplace issues.
